My name is Tim and I've been grilling and smoking meat for as long as I can remember. My favorite thing is to see folks having a good time and enjoying some great food. I also have come up with what I believe to be a sauce that doesn't mask the flavor of what you put the sauce on, but enhances it and takes it to new levels. I originally came up with this sauce to use on my smoked pulled pork barbecue, however as I soon learned, it had much more potential.
Long story short, I grew up in a small town in Maine and terms like "Ayuh, Wicked Good, and Whatevah" were common. A good friend of mine took the sauce home to his girlfriend (at the time, now his wife), and he confided with me about a week later that she and he were eating it on everything including shrimp, burgers, chicken, steak and even scrambled eggs. At that point I decided to try it on everything I could, (as a test), and realized it really was awesome on "Whatevah" and the name stuck.
We have used this on pulled pork, brisket, steak, burgers, grilled chicken and chicken wings, smoked and baked turkey, hot dogs, sausage, shrimp, oysters, French fries, onion rings and basically anything you can think of, including scrambled eggs. As the original label says, it's Tangy and Sweet with a lil' Heat and it really does go great with Whatevah.
